The CNC division is responsible for the production of a variety of parts for industrial applications and internal use. Most of the parts produced by this division are high-volume production parts, but the division is also utilized to produce complex custom parts.
This role is responsible for ensuring efficient and high-quality production of CNC parts. This will involve utilizing the most efficient programs, tooling, and setup procedures. An in-depth knowledge of programming and CNC production is required for this position.

Glendale Industries manufactures and installs truck-mounted tanks for a variety of applications. The Mechanical Install team is responsible for installing all the hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical components of a Glendale tank. As a member of this team, the Lead Hand will be responsible for the installation of these components. Under the direction of the Tank Production Manager, the Lead Hand will direct the department to ensure safety, quality, consistency, and adherence to the production schedule. The Lead Hand will be expected to be hands-on and lead by example, providing mentorship and training to other team members.
